Left Birmingham at 2.30am - arrived at base near Wembley at 4.40am Call time 5.15am
FREEZING - with Richard today too - transported to a nearby office block for a day filming at a desk - Nice to also see AD.’s Georgia- Corrin too and Runners Rowan and Olly ( sue and Bryan’s son )
Wrapped at 5pm - home by 7.30pm
