Elite Agency Training Day

29/4/2023

Left Birmingham at 6am

stopped off at junction 11 for McDonald’s breakfast

met Richard at beaconsfield services then 2 min drive to Beaconsfield - National Film and Television School

Meet Tom Allan who’s running the day and Sam Slade Ad who I’ve worked with on Father Brown and 15 Love

Funny that we’d kept it a little quiet and lots of our friends arrived
Louse- Matt-Richards-Lisa-Johnny Cass-etc 30 of us

premises of the day is that Tom wants to start an elite agency of principal supporting Artists and to also help the school with training Ad.s and crew department s
We”d brought costumes etc and we filmed 2 scenes an office meeting and a hotel lobby

lunch was pizzas and we finished at 5pm they then did a quick edit and we got to watch the rushes in their cinema - great fun

Tom then welcomed us all the Dirty Dozen agency

Pub for a drink then home by 9.15pm

Day 1

left Birmingham at 11am - drove to Shepperton Studios call till 2pm

Alice from Wonka was signing us in - 2nd is Annie back from maternity leave ❤️

playing PM Aide - try on a few suits - hair all ok

finished by 3pm

accident on M40 so took 3 hours to get home

Day 9

up at 3.45am - 15 mins drive to Chatham Docks arrived at 4.40am

Base was an old dock building- 250 of us today

we we’re priority again so make up and costume first then breakfast- With Lisa and Phil M joined us as cheering crown

Driven to Rochester then straight to set ! The registry today - great fun

then it was the last scene of the last series ever! Ended in all the cast and us dancing 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Loads of press there so it ended up all over the internet

wrapped at 6.10pm - not too bad a drive home arrived at 9.30pm

Day 8

left Birmingham at 4pm - heading to Rochester

Traffic bad on the M25 - had to pull off as very slow and it was raining- realised I’d not brought a coat with me

Carried on driving and arrived at Travelodge Gravesend at 8pm
There was a Morrisons behind the hotel so managed to buy a coat

Bed by 10am - 5am call tomorrow

Day 7

Up at 3.45am - 10 min drive to York racecourse

Priority again so in first and then breakfast

Driven over to location - Filming The W@#£&&&

Nice position at the front of York Minster as Brides F@#£&*

460 of us today - mad ! Biggest day they’ve ever had on The C@#£&

Had a lovey chat to AS - The public outside were all taking photos

Wrapped at 7pm - home at 9.30pm

Day 6

Overnight Stay

Left Birmingham at 1pm - Drove to York

staying at Travelodge Tadcaster - arrived at 4pm

Richardo and his friend Terry staying there too - Jayne arrived in her van

We all went for a nice Curry !

Bed by 10.30pm

Day 5

Up at 3.45am - got to park and ride at 4.40am

Driven to base - Priority so Make up - Costume and breakfast

400 of us ! - off to set

Busy day on our feet at a reception- Speech by AS 👑

wrapped at 8.15pm

Got home at 10.30pm

Day 4

overnight stay

left Birmingham at 3pm drove to Cambridge- staying at Travelodge

Richardo also staying there - we popped across the dual carriageway to have a pizza

Early night as call time is 5am tomorrow

left Birmingham at 6am filming today in Morton in the marsh - call time 7.30am

With Dave M - Bob Cockbill - only 6 of us today as villagers

Day 1

Left Birmingham at 6.40am

Got to Beaconsfield Services at 8.20am - Had breakfast

Arrived at Titan Studios just off the A40 at 9.20am - Call time was 10.15am

Covid test and then to costume - fitted for posh guest filming 4 days in May

finished at 11.10am - M40 closed at j11 so had to come off at Banbury- had lunch arrived home at 3pm

Day 2

Left Beaconsfield at 8am

Only a 30 min drive to Tring school - call time wasn’t until 10am - Richard and Sylvie were called at 7am - met Richardo in the car park

2nd was Bryn with Charlie helping- Richard and Sylvie went to set while we all got into costume

we were driven to set at about 12.30pm - Tring school of performing Arts where we all had lunch

Rich and Syilve were up first filming internal scene - 10 of us then chosen to do external scene - ziggy was 1st and remember me - chose me to come running out of building avoiding the 1903 fire engine and horses - great fun

later scene was also external but wasn’t used as too featured - wrapped at 7.20pm back home by 9.15pm

Day 1

Left Birmingham at 6.15am

arrived at Westfield at 9am had a McDonald’s breakfast
Got overland to Clapham junction short walk to base Charlotte was 2nd

costume checked and then bused to location

New film wit AG and FP

with Paul Jordon - and Ollie and Roman Runners

Not used trill 6pm a few walk up and down the street

Wrapped at 9pm - train back to Westfield and then drove to Beaconsfield
